What You’ll Need:

💧 A facial oil or serum (My favorite oil)

🕯 A candle

🔔 A small crystal (try amethyst for clarity, rose quartz for self-love, clear quartz for renewed energy)


🌟 Step 1: Get Comfortable

  • Find a quiet, sacred space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Light your candle and set an intention for your ritual, such as: “I release tension and invite balance”.

  • Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and let your body relax.
