"Earthwise" is my personal concept of health that recognizes body, mind, spirit, planet, cosmos, and creatures are all connected. When you love one, you love all. And without love, you suffer. I believe in natural, intuitive, and practical methods of wellness - and I believe these methods are accessible to everyone simply by harnessing the healing power of our own bodies.

MY STORY

My name is Ashley and my self-love journey began summer of 2022 after I learned that those closest to me were not giving me the love I deserved. I struggled my whole life with people-pleasing and anxiety surrounding my self-worth and self-esteem. It brought me to a crucial point in time where I had to make a decision to love myself first, or continue on a path of self-destruction.

I started small and worked my self-love muscle slowly. I began by taking a few minutes each day to look in the mirror, stare into my own eyes, and tell myself "I love you". As my self-love rituals grew I saw my life change for the better. And I realized the power of breath and aromatherapy in assisting my emotional regulation through the whole process of learning to love myself - it's an emotional one indeed!I never imagined I would be here now, creating products for others and on a mission to spread self-love to everyone I can.

I truly believe that a lack of self-love is at the root of all physical and mental illness. And I hope these products will help you to cherish the magic and beauty you inherently have inside of you, and improve your life as they have mine.
